I have been a full-time Realtor since 2009. Prior to that I worked as a loan officer since 2002. Because of my background as mortgage loan originator I have a keen understanding of the loan application and approval process. Therefore I am able to help guide a prospective home buyer from pre-approval for a mortgage through the actual loan commitment required for a purchase contract to go forward.
